About Us

Enspirita Ltd is an occupational health provider of work place health improvement services with a UK geographical spread.

It was founded in 2011 by Hilary Horton now Clinical Services Director; after serving decades in senior clinical, leadership and managerial positions in the NHS, HM.Prison Service and the Royal Air Force with overseas deployment gaining Nursing/Leadership experience in war zones. It provides professional, personal, effective, evidence based occupational health and wellness services to employers, organisations, institutions, charities whatever their size.

The most interesting and enjoyable part of occupational health provision is building relationships with clients; understanding what makes an organisation tick, tailoring the service that client may want to their needs following assessment. All clinical staff are regulated by their professional bodies to which they are accountable; the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the General Medical Council. All hold the relevant required professional indemnity and public liability insurances.

This is the ethical and legal duty of all Drs, clinicians, and Nurses in professional practice.
