Welcome to Enspirita

Enspirita Ltd was founded in Staffordshire by Hilary Horton in 2011 following a career of over 36 years in frontline nursing where she held many senior, managerial, clinical and leadership posts in the NHS, HM Prison Service and the Royal Air Force, often with overseas deployment to nurse and lead in the most challenging of circumstances.

Since July 2020 Enspirita Ltd re-located to Lowestoft, Suffolk but still maintains a wide geographical spread, including London, Birmingham and Oxford. The company prides itself on the provision of bespoke, evidenced based clinical practice with excellent communications. Supplying useful, informative, advisory occupational health reports containing realistic advice/recommendations within 48 hours of consultation.


Hilary is a complex case manager providing employers with support and clinical advice in cases of ‘stress management’ industrial relation disputes; long term sick leave, long term case management, relevant Equality Act 2010 cases, Ill Health Retirement and employee returns to work following Covid 19.

Enspirita Ltd recognizes as an organization you have different requirement at different times hence the ad hoc services on a pay as you go basis with no retainer fee or contract. Simply bring us in when you need us.
